Privacy and evidence handling

Submission Notice

How information sent through this website is collected, stored, reviewed, and used.

Effective date: August 7, 2026

Information we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject, category, and message. The case form may collect a name or alias, optional email address, case details, source links, and evidence files you choose to upload.

How information is used

Information is used to review messages, evaluate possible cases, ask follow-up questions when permitted, maintain submission records, protect the forms from abuse, and send confirmation messages. Submitting a case does not guarantee investigation or publication.

Private evidence storage

Uploaded evidence is stored in a private file bucket and is not publicly accessible from the website. Access is limited to authorized campaign administrators and service providers used to operate the forms. Evidence may be preserved while a case is under review and deleted when it is no longer reasonably needed.

What not to submit

Do not submit illegally obtained records, passwords, account numbers, unredacted identification documents, private medical information, home addresses, confidential employer files you are not authorized to share, threats, or material that could put someone in danger. Redact unrelated personal information before uploading evidence.

Publication and source protection

We will not intentionally publish your contact information without permission. However, evidence itself may contain identifying information, and complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed. Tell us clearly when you request confidentiality, and do not submit material if disclosure could endanger you or another person.

Service providers

The website uses Vercel for hosting and server functions, Supabase for private submission records and file storage, Resend for confirmation and notification emails, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Each provider processes limited information needed to perform its service.

Security and limitations

Reasonable technical safeguards are used, including private storage, server-side access keys, bot verification, file restrictions, and encrypted HTTPS connections. No online system can promise absolute security. Do not use this website for emergencies or information requiring legally privileged handling.

Your choices

You may submit a case without a name or email address. Without an email, we cannot send a confirmation or contact you for clarification. You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted by contacting theunshakenmajority@gmail.com and providing the reference number when available.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the website and submission process develop. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
